About TalentBraidThe engineering team behind your agency’s workflows.
TalentBraid builds and manages the automation layer around recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and executive search businesses. We connect the systems your team already uses, then remain responsible for the agreed workflows after launch.
What we areA managed recruitment automation agency, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming and built to support recruitment teams across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other supported regions.
01Built around the agency, not a software licence
TalentBraid is not an ATS, CRM, or do-it-yourself automation product. Our work starts with the process that costs your team time: duplicate data entry, missed handoffs, delayed follow-up, disconnected reporting, or another repeatable task. We map the systems, fields, permissions, exceptions, and business outcome before we design the automation.
A dedicated engineer or account manager then coordinates implementation, testing, launch, and managed operation. This gives the agency one accountable technical partner instead of another tool the recruitment team must learn and maintain alone.
02Technology chosen for the workflow
We are technology-agnostic. Our engineers use the programming languages, frameworks, APIs, infrastructure, and integration methods that fit the client’s systems and requirements. If an application provides usable API access, webhooks, or an approved integration interface, we can assess a custom connection. We confirm available endpoints, authentication, permissions, rate limits, data rights, and supplier terms before making a feasibility commitment.
03Managed after launch
The service continues after the first successful run. Every paid plan includes maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and customer-success support for the workflows inside the agreed scope. We monitor the relevant operational signals, investigate failures, maintain mappings when connected systems change, and help the client understand exceptions that need a human decision.
Managed-service support operates seven days a week. The owner-reported average response time for active clients is four hours. This is an operating average rather than a guaranteed service-level agreement; any contractual response commitments are documented in the client’s scope.
04Responsible implementation
Recruitment data can be sensitive, so privacy, security, and regional requirements are part of discovery and design. For European engagements, we consider GDPR requirements such as data minimisation, access, retention, transfers, processor terms, auditability, and human review. Optional AI processing is scoped separately and only the information needed for the agreed task should be sent.
Our public data-protection overview, subprocessor information, and DPA overview explain the current boundaries. The final controls are confirmed for each engagement.
