Tell us where the work gets stuck.
A detailed technical brief is not required. Name the applications involved, describe the manual work, and tell us what a successful outcome would look like. We will help you identify what needs to be checked next.

The booking flow asks a few practical questions about your agency, ATS or CRM, team size, and current process before showing the calendar. Those details help us use the first conversation for discovery instead of basic administration.
Email support@talentbraid.com if you would rather start asynchronously. Include the app names, current manual process, desired outcome, approximate volume, and any regional or compliance requirements you already know about. Screenshots or API documentation are helpful but optional at this stage.
Our eight-hour response target is an operating aim for new enquiries, not a guaranteed SLA. Active client response arrangements depend on the agreed service scope.
That does not rule it out. If an application offers usable API access, webhooks, or an approved integration interface, TalentBraid can assess a custom connection. We review endpoints, authentication, permissions, rate limits, data rights, supplier terms, expected volume, exception handling, and operational ownership. We then explain what is feasible and how a scalable managed system could be built before you commit.
Privacy questions, data-subject requests, deletion requests, and questions about a proposed European workflow can also be sent to support@talentbraid.com. Please avoid emailing live candidate records until an approved handling method is agreed. Read the website privacy notice and service data-protection overview for the current public details.
TalentBraid is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA. We work with recruitment agencies in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other supported regions. Delivery, hosting, data protection, and provider requirements are confirmed for the client’s region and workflow during scoping.
