Website privacyClear choices for public-site visitors.
This notice explains the information TalentBraid receives through its public website, why it is used, and how to contact us about it. Client workflow data is handled under the applicable service agreement and is explained separately in our data-protection overview.
ContactQuestions, access requests, corrections, objections, or deletion requests can be sent to support@talentbraid.com.
01Information you choose to submit
When you use the booking or contact experience, TalentBraid receives the details you provide, such as your name, work email, agency, team size, ATS or CRM, workflow description, and preferred meeting time. We use these details to answer the enquiry, assess likely integration requirements, prepare for a call, and maintain a record of the business conversation.
Please do not submit live candidate records through the public enquiry form. If an assessment needs sample data, we will first agree an appropriate and limited method for sharing it.
02First-party operational request data
TalentBraid keeps a minimal first-party request log to operate and protect the public website and understand campaign delivery. It can record the requested path, country code, referring domain, UTM labels or advertising click identifiers when supplied, device class, recognised bot status, security probe signals, and a shortened one-way hash used to identify repeated request patterns.
The request log does not store the raw IP address, contact-form answers, email address, or full referring URL. We use this information for security review, abuse prevention, debugging, aggregate traffic understanding, and campaign attribution. Access is limited to authorised people and systems involved in operating the site.
03Microsoft Clarity and consent
We use Microsoft Clarity on public pages to understand page journeys, clicks, scrolling, and session behaviour. Booking-form content is masked and the private editorial portal is excluded from recording. Advertising storage is disabled.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked to choose before persistent analytics begins. Unknown locations receive the same consent-first experience. In other locations analytics can begin when the visit starts, with an on-site control available to change the preference. Declining sends a denied consent signal and avoids persistent Clarity analytics cookies.
04Use, disclosure, and retention
We use public-site information to provide the requested response, schedule calls, operate and secure the site, measure campaign performance, improve the visitor experience, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information may be handled by service providers needed for hosting, scheduling, analytics, email, or security under their applicable terms and our configuration.
Retention depends on the category, business need, legal requirements, and any active enquiry or security investigation. We avoid keeping personal information longer than needed for the purpose for which it was collected. A valid deletion request may be subject to records that must be retained for legal obligations or an active dispute.
05Your choices and requests
You can change the optional analytics choice through the privacy control on the website. You can also ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or raise another privacy concern by emailing support@talentbraid.com. We may need enough information to verify and safely complete a request.
